The Planning Section is responsible for:
1. Plan and elaborate
a. The General Teaching Plan (PGE).
b. The requests for instructional cooperation (PCI) requested by EsAO.
c. The School's course calendars for the year "A + 1", proposing the start and end dates of the school year.
d. The proposal of the Planning Directive (DIPLAN).
e. The air support requests (Army Airplane and Air Force) necessary for various field exercises.
2. Perform
a. The analysis of documents emanating from the upper echelon, related to planning.
b. The studies to set short ("A + 1" and "A + 2") and medium term ("A + 5") goals for teaching.
c. The supervision of the activities planned in PGE and in the Biweekly Work Table (QTQ) of the courses.
d. The data gathering necessary to launch in the Integrated Budget Planning System (SIPO) of the Army Department of Education and Culture (DECEx).
3. Analyze, Control and Coordinate
a. PCI requested to the Captains Career School by other units.
b. The teaching activities at the Captains Career School.
c. Teaching and instructional activities according to the financial and material resources available to them.
